Rule One: Qualifications

By joining the North Star Prospective Missionaries online support group, you are certifying that you are at the point of preparing for a mission or recently returning from a mission (that is, a young man between the ages of 16 and 25 – or a woman over the age of 18) whose intention in joining is one of the following:

• to receive and/or give support in preparation to serve a full-time mission for the Church, and as you strive to better understand and respond to the feelings and attractions you are experiencing, or
• to have support in dealing with the implications of living in the Church unable to serve a full time mission, to explore and discuss other ways to serve in the Church, or
• young men and women who have returned from serving full-time missions whose sole intention is to support, encourage, and offer insights gained through their own missionary experiences.

Anyone who joins under false pretenses will be immediately removed.
