  • Registration form, fee and materials must be recieved by April 16, 2012.

  • Registration fee: $85 per person.
    $10 early registration discount if paid and materials recieved by April 1, 2012.
    Fee includes conference attendance; dinner Friday night; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; and snacks.

  • Lodging: Lodging is on your own.
    However, if there are local participants willing to host out-of-town guests, we will provide contact information for them for you to contact.

If you would like to make a donation to our scholarship fund in order to help another sister come that might not othewise be able to do so due to financial difficulties, please click below.

Apply for a Scholarship

Scholarships will be awarded up to half the cost of the conference. A limited number of scholarships are available and are based on financial need and available funds.

Scholarships will begin to be awarded March 15, 2012.

To apply for a scholarship:

  1. Complete the conference registration form.

  2. Pay the required deposit of $37.50.


    (You must complete the conference registration form, make the required deposit of $37.50, and fill out the scholarship application in order for your request to be considered. If you do NOT receive the financial assistance you need, and you therefore need to withdraw your registration, your deposit will be fully refunded to you.)

  3. Complete the scholarship application.
